It is that time of year again when we have our branch AGM. Please come along and listen to an overview of the last year, and the proposals for our branch for the next year. This is also your opportunity to ask any questions or make a point. We will be voting on the officers and committee members so it is an important meeting and we need to be quorate. Please note that we need to appoint a second Kent Council officer. Susan Stansfield is the other member and if you think you can step into this role, or would like to ask her what it entails, please get in touch with me and I will pass her contact details on to you. We follow the branch business with a bring and share harvest supper so start thinking about what you might be able to bring along, be it sausage rolls, sandwiches, snacks or something sweet.
IMPORTANT: We apologise but we do have to change the date of the AGM as advertised at the beginning of the year from Weds 13th November to Tuesday 12th November. We were unable to secure any hall for the 13th, so have chosen Tuesday 12th November. The AGM will take place at Crofton Baptist Church, 100 Crofton Lane, Orpington. BR5 1HD This is in fact where we had our AGM last year.
